All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

 

 

7. Carrier Claims & Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or delayed in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Strive Acari LLC is not liable for packages stolen after delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers are responsible for checking with neighbors, property management, or filing a claim with the carrier or local authorities if necessary.
